의원발의 약사법 일부개정법률안 의견조회

식약처 의약품정책과-426 시행에 따라 의원발의 약사법 일부개정법률안 의견조회를 실시하오니, 의견있으신분들께서는 첨부된 내용을 검토하신 후 의견서를 작성하시어 1월 22일(수)까지 회신하여 주시기 바랍니다.
 
주요내용으로는 의약품이 제조금지사항이나 판매금지사항을 위반하여 안전성, 유효성에 문제가 있다는 사실을 알게되었을 경우 조사를 실시하고 발생사실과 조사결과를 복지부장관에게 통보토록 함 입니다.
