 다이나믹바이오를 통해 논의된 변경허가전 생산한 PV 배치 판매와 관련한 업계 애로사항에 대한 식약처의 검토결과 회신입니다.

 

- 국가출하승인 대상 의약품의 경우 변경허가 이전에 실생산 규모로 생산한 제조 번호가 제조방법 변경 허가신청 근거자료로 제출되고, 검토결과 적합으로 인정받은 제조번호는 국가출하승인 신청가능

 

- 국가검정센터는 출하승인 신청 제조번호가 변경허가 신청시 제출된 제조번호를 확인하고 적합한 경우 출하승인 처리

 

이 내용은 즉시 시행될 예정이며 향후, 국가출하승인 관련 고시 개정 추진.
