<개정안 주요 내용>


임상시험실시기관이 임상시험 대상자 정보, 시험 중 발생한 이상반응 등 총리령으로 정하는 임상시험 관련 기록을 허위 작성한 경우에도 동일한 수준의 제재처분과 벌칙이 가능하도록 하여 임상시험 관련 기록의 신뢰도를 제고하고자 함
