○ 이 정보집은 유전자재조합의약품 중 항체의약품 품질평가 고려해야 할 사항들에 대해 안내하여 제약사 등의 항체의약품 품질평가 담당자들에게 도움을 주기 위해 마련되었으며, 이번이 7번째이다.
○ 주요 내용

▲항체의약품 품질평가 요건 

▲SPR(Surface Plasmon Resonace) 원리를 활용한 항체의약품 역가시험법 

▲미국 약전에 등재된 재조합 단클론항체의약품 품질분석 시험법 등이다.
※ SPR(surface plasmon resonance) 원리: 표지물질을 사용하지 않고 조사된 빛의 굴절률 변화를 측정하여 분자간 상호작용 정도를 측정하는 방법
