생물학적제제 등의 품목허가심사 규정 일부개정고시

1. 개정 이유
예비심사 제도 도입 등 현행 제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선,보완하려는 것임.

2. 주요 내용
가. 유전자 교정 기술 등 개발되고 있는 유전자치료제의 특성을 반영한 정의 개선(안 제2조제15호)
나. 바이오의약품 허가심사의 신속성과 예측성 제고를 위해 품목허가 심사 시 구비자료 요건 미비여부에 대한 신속 검토를 위한 예비심사 제도 도입(안 제2조제25호, 제38조제1항 신설)
