1. 이 자료는 식품의약품안전청과 국립독성연구원에서는 단클론항체 의약품의 개발자 및
제조자들에게 올바른 특성 분석, 제조/품질 관리, 전임상 및 임상시험을 위한 방향을
제시하고자 미국 FDA의 ‘단클론항체 의약품의 제조 및 관리에 관한 가이드라인’을 우리나라의
실정에 맞게 정리하여 2005년 3월 발간한 단클론항체의약품의 평가 가이드라인입니다.
