1. 사업 목적
의약품(바이오의약품 포함) 개발 및 품목허가 획득을 추진하면서 의약품허가-특허 연계제도를 활용하고자 하는 제약기업을 대상으로 특허분석, 특허전략 수립 등에 관한 컨설팅 비용 지원

 2. 지원 대상
경쟁력 있는 후발의약품 개발 및 특허 도전을 통해 향후 품목허가 획득 및 의약품 조기 출시를 추진하려는 연간 매출액 1천5백억 원 미만(최근 3년 평균)의 제약기업  * 제약기업 : 「제약산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 특별법」 제2조제2호에 해당하는 기업
