총회 안건 중 이사 선임(안)은 법원 등기 사항임으로 총회의사록을 공증 받아야 합니다.
법무사가 공증사무를 대리할 수 있도록 총회에 참석하실 때에는 첨부한 위임장 양식에

법인인감을 날인하시고 법인인감증명서 원본 1부를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
