<식품의약품안전처 '약물이상반응 및 이상사례 전자보고 가이드라인(민원인안내서)' 개정 알림>


식약처 의약품안전평가과에서는 국제표준서식 E2B(R3) 적용 '의약품 부작용 보고 선진화 시스템' 시범운영('21.6.1~)에 따른 서식 추가 등의 내용으로 「약물이상반응 및 이상사례 전자보고 가이드라인(민원인안내서)」를 붙임과 같이 개정하였습니다.
