약사법 일부개정법률안 의견조회

최동익 의원이 발의한 의원발의 약사법 일부개정법률안 의견조회를 하고자 하오니, 첨부된 내용을 검토하신 후 의견이 있으신 분들 께서는 8월 19일(월)까지 회신하여 주시기 바랍니다.
개정안 주요 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
- 검찰청, 경찰청 등 수사기관의 장 및 관세청장은 부정/불량 의약품의 수사와 관련하여 식품의약품안전처장과 긴밀한 협조를 하도록 법적 근거를 마련(안 제69조의 2 신설)
