<식품의약품안전처 「위기대응의료제품법 시행령」일부개정령 공포 알림>



긴급사용승인된 의약품을 사용한 환자가 부작용으로 질병, 장애. 사망이 발생하는 경우 국가가 보상금을 지급하도록 하는 등의 내용으로 「공중보건 위기대응 의료제품의 개발 촉진 및 긴급 공급을 위한 특별법」이 일부개정(법률 제19321호, 2023.3.28. 공포·시행)됨에 따라,


법률에서 위임된 사항을 정하는 내용으로 하위법령인 「공중보건 위기대응 의료제품의 개발 촉진 및 긴급 공급을 위한 특별법 시행령」 일부개정령이 2023.12.12.자 공포되었음을 알려드립니다.
